sessions in which I'll listen carefully, think and ask insightful questions
to help you work through your problems and learn from your experience.

no roadmap to social innovation. I can offer advice on the best way forward
for your idea. Whether the challenge is start-up, organisational development
or the growth/replication of your successful organisation or project I've
been through it and know the pitfalls to look out for.

Business planning - like many entrepreneurs and innovators, you know what you want to do, but may not be great at writing business plans. If you need one, I can write it for you.
Networking - don't have time to get out of the office enough? I can help find and develop beneficial partnerships for your project, with public, private or other social sector organisations
Fundraising - great idea but need help raising the money? I have raised several million pounds for various charities and was instrumental in planning the successful consortium bid for the Millenium Commission's £100million Millenium Awards Endowment, the largest single open tender for the voluntary sector
